Graphic Design Internships – La Poste Groupe
During my BUT MMI studies, I had the opportunity to complete three consecutive internships with the Pôle Régional de Communication Grand Est (Grand Est Regional Communications Department) at La Poste Groupe, working as a graphic designer.
I discovered an exciting and creative profession alongside an enthusiastic and supportive team. Over a total of 25 weeks, I gained first-hand experience of a professional working environment, meeting deadlines while following the company’s visual identity guidelines.
My assignments included creating print and digital communication materials such as flyers, posters, banners and event invitations, as well as producing videos and designing magazine layouts. These projects were commissioned by contacts from several regions for both internal and external communication.
Working as part of a team also means discussing ideas, listening to others and sharing different points of view. Through these projects, I learned how important it is for a team to find the right balance, discuss different approaches and reach decisions together while remaining respectful of everyone’s ideas. Regular project reviews also helped us monitor progress and ensure that the final result met expectations.
This video summarizes my three internships and was produced for the “Tous différents, Tous performants” Trophy event.
Following my 2023 internship, I received an award from the Société Industrielle de l’Est for the quality and relevance of my internship report.

As a passionate LEGO fan, I design original models and offer building instructions for some of my creations on Rebrickable. I also create models and instructions on request for LEGO enthusiasts from around the world.
My work has gained recognition online, particularly within the BIONICLE community, where I have been able to offer building instructions for models appreciated by fellow fans.
